This little penguin is the main character in my book, Patrick the Somnambulist. He's a bit of an odd bird...He sleepwalks and often finds himself in odd situations during the night. This image shows him painting a modern masterpiece in his sleep. Wish I could do that!

I have seen some of your pics of Patrick before and he steals my heart every time : ). I love the shadows and the halo of light on this one--it makes the illustration feel warm and relaxed.
