This is so wonderful!!! All the little details. I love the oversized shoes on the little bride-to-be.
Now I have to tell you a story that this image made me remember. In an illustration class I had once a classmate did an equally wonderful piece of a slim beautiful woman looking in the mirror and seeing a pretty homely overweight reflection. The professor was critiquing it and really picking it apart. In the middle of his critique he asked the student, "and did you even use a model for reference for the reflected image?" The student said, very slowly, "yesssss". The professor wouldn't let it go and asked him if he was sure. The poor student said once again, "yeessss, and she's sitting right beside me in this class." Oh, my, gosh. You could have heard a pin drop it was SOOO awkward. Now I laugh, but then....I wanted to crawl out the back window. Anyway. Your piece is magical and fun, and I LOVE it!
WOW!!! This is absolutely out of the box fabulous!!!! I love it. I was wondering what I could with the prompt. This is great inspiration. I won't get to do this prompt this time. I love it! The art work is wonderful. Great work.

I love this image--it does bring back wonderful memories of dressing up, imaging magical things, & setting my mind free. I especially dreamed that one day I'd be able to wear those beautiful high heels like the ones in my mom's closet!

This is adorable. I have a friend getting married this winter and this reminds of something she probably did when she was little.
I would love to join your group if at all possible...
