headed for SCBWI conference in LA!
Hi Everyone! Thanks for all the wonderful illustrations this month--everyone did an excellent job. I'm headed for the SCBWI conference in LA tomorrow, so I already posted the winner for this month. I may not be able to get to a computer for several days, but if you need me, send me an email & I'll try to check that. It's very difficult to select a winner, so your comments are very important. Thanks for all the great comments, the advice given, and the techniques shared--that's what makes this an interactive site. Thanks to all of you for being a part of Watercolor Wednesdays!

Wish I could climb into your suit case and go to. I just love the SCBWI conferences. I've only gotten to go to the one here in New York. I was told LA is where you really want to be. Have fun and come back with some interesting things for us. Safe trip.

I get to stay home this year, the conference is on the same weekend as my husband's karate conference in Seattle. We have to take turns! LOL

Wow! Thank you so much Linda - this is so lovely! I completely love the spotted bunny:-) Watercolor Wednesdays has been amazing - and I love dropping by throughout the week and seeing all these little birds, animals, bears, pigs and other delightful creatures appearing. It's such beautiful work! Everyone's pictures are really incredible and inspiring. I'm also learning a lot about watercolor just by looking at such variety of colors and styles. Thank you so much for creating this magical space - and for inviting me to be a part of it - I love it!!!
