thumbelina and dear pretty bird



i agree with Michelle: Andersen was a wonderful storytailer. we could make an Andersen-series from his works...

I can really feel the sadness in the illustration. This is what I call a word picture. I love it when I I feel the mood of an Illustration. Great work again!

I agree, your illos are full of feeling and expression. I think it comes in part from your rich colors, the way they bleed and blend. A very sad and moving Thumbelina...
