Just a sketch now, but this is what I had in mind for combining Girly and Spring into one illustration. I did a couple of other sketches as well, using the same characters, trying to be consistent. I'll make sure to post them (and the final piece of this illustration!) soon, I hope.

This is soooooooo cute and fun! I love looking at your sketches. If anything you all have really taught me the worth of doing sketches. I don't really do a lot of sketches which is really bad! I'm doing better and you all encourage me to do so. I can' t wait till this is finshed!!!

very nice design, i like the movement and can't wait to see the colored version!
I like how you don't even see the item being tossed but due to the excitment of the dog and her position, you can sense what has happened.
