Thumbelina and the Swallow

This is such a sad part of the story but things change from this point, leading to a happy ending. I like a happy ending!

The window is a great touch with that ray of light beaming in. Almost like a ray of hope ... I am so glad the bird isn't really dead, aren't you?! Nice job!

Lovely, the colors are perfect. The darkness of the room too, and that beam of light coming from behind, showing Thumbelina's sad expression. Nicely done!
