Young Frankenstein - sruble

I painted Young Frankenstein with his first monster, FrankenTeddy, and his little dog Frankie. I think Young Frankenstein would have worn PJs with his lab coat over them.

Looks like everyone else painted the monster as a kid ... I went with the scientist.

Actually, you're correct, since Frankenstein was the scientist and I'm not sure if the creature had a name? Cute idea, and I like the teddy bear as FrankenTeddy. I agree, jammies with the lab coat is a good look for a very young scientist :)

Thanks Vanessa! I bet he was a genius as a boy.

Thanks Julie! - That's what I was thinking when I planned my picture. I've always heard the creature referred to as, "Frankenstein's Monster." I think most people think of the monster as Frankenstein. I usually do too!

You're right. The monster was called "the monster" if I'm not mistaken. I'm glad you didn't follow the crowd. You just caught all of us with our pants down, or our brain's disengaged.

You're so right & I even read the book and forgot! The scientist is Frankenstein & the monster is "the monster!" Oops...but I couldn't resist my little guy that I'm about to post. Love your big bear & wee scientist!

Ha Mitchowl! My brain is definitely disengaged sometimes ;)

Thanks Linda Kay! I read the book too, but still call the monster Frankenstein most of the time.
