Letter A | Quick color sketch

So here's my idea for the letter "A." I'm enjoying playing with this concept for an Alphabet series: lots of white space in the background and a simple animal design for each letter. What do you think? :-)

This is what I love about your work. Quick illustrations just have such a delicious looseness to it! It's not over worked which gives this piece a wonderful flow to it. I hope that you will do the whole alphabet one day as book. FANTASTIC work!!!!

That is such an adorable painting! The soft colours are easy to the eyes and make the picture appealing. To colour the letter in question in a contrasting colour -- yet of a matching ton -- is very nice; it makes it a part of the pictures, whilst yet remaining separate.

I like the appeal. And lower-case rocks!

Your aardvark is so cute! I like how the a and the ants tie it all together.

I like this idea - to use white space in combination with a bright letter.
