Young miss Charlotte

For young miss Charlotte, who was a very timid girl, even skipping rope was an adventure of its own.

Young miss Charlotte is beautifully illustrated. It really has a classic story book feel to it. Great job on this character!! I can't wait till you put her in a scene or two or three he he he! Great work!

I agree with Vanessa, Charlotte does have a classic story book feel... I love how her one shoe fell off after skipping!

Thank you so much for the lovely comments! I'm fond of anything vintage (clothes, books, teacups...) so the old-fashioned feel seems to creep into my drawings too.

Wow, I agree with Vanessa too. She is classic and I felt captivated by her and her story as soon as I saw her. Very thoughtful illustration, and beautifully done!
